Contracts Administrator
Major Data Centre Project | Western Sydney | Tier 1 Electrical Contractor

This is a chance to get your hands on a high-profile, technically complex project and work alongside a highly experienced project and commercial team.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of the electrical package, working closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, site team, subcontractors and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Subcontract and supplier administration
- Managing variations, claims and contractual correspondence
- Reviewing progress claims and assisting with monthly reporting
- Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
- Supporting procurement and commercial negotiations
- Managing project documentation and commercial registers
- Working closely with the delivery team to identify and resolve commercial issues

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Contracts Administrator with solid construction or electrical contracting experience, who is commercially minded,



organised and keen to develop.

Experience with major commercial, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects will be highly regarded.
