As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, leading both front of house and kitchen teams to deliver a consistently high standard of food, service and hospitality. This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people and taking ownership of their venue.

Key responsibilities

Leading, motivating and developing a high performing team

Overseeing daily operations across front of house and kitchen

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a dining experience

Managing staff rostering, labour costs and operational budgets

Monitoring food costs, stock control, ordering and wastage

Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members

Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety

Driving sales, operational efficiency and overall venue profitability

Building a positive workplace culture based on accountability, teamwork and respect

Ensuring the venue consistently meets brand standards and operational expectations

About you

Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role

Strong operational knowledge of casual dining or high volume hospitality environments

Proven ability to lead, train and develop teams





An understanding of labour management, food costs and financial performance

Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills

A hands on approach and willingness to lead by example

High standards when it comes to food quality, presentation and customer service

The ability to remain calm, organised and decisive during busy service periods

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences

Experience in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage, but not essential
