Our customers come to us. Your job is to turn their enquiries into builds they'll love.

At Teralume Industries, people contact us because they've already decided they want a proper setup: a tray and canopy for adventuring, a full lithium power system for a lap of Australia, or set up for their day-to-day work. You'll take those enquiries, work out exactly what each customer needs, design the right XGO package with them, and manage the sale through to the day they drive away.

Great products, genuine customer interest and no cold calling - just opportunities to turn enquiries into sales.

What you'll actually do

Respond to inbound enquiries by phone, email and in person when customers are in our showroom.

Run consultations to understand how the customer uses their vehicle, then spec and quote the right combination of trays, canopies, power and accessories.

Follow up on quotes and manage your pipeline in our Zoho CRM.

Work with our Customer Service and Install teams so builds are matched to the customers vision.

Convert enquiries into sales by building customer confidence, identifying opportunities to add value, and guiding customers through to deposit and order confirmation.

You'll do well here if you

Have at least five years in a sales role where you managed deals from enquiry to close (automotive, trade, building or other considered purchases are ideal)

Ask positive questions and actually listen to the answers.

Keep your pipeline organised and follow up without needing reminders.

Are comfortable learning technical products. You don't need to be a mechanic, just curious.

Bonus: you own a 4WD, go camping, or have worked in automotive, 4WD or recreation.
