Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) on Sydney Harbour in Rushcutters Bay seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie to lead a section in a rapid-paced, high-volume kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, regattas and events.
Working with Head Chef and Senior Kitchen Team, you will maintain quality, lead a section, manage stock, ensure HACCP, and contribute to weddings, corporate functions and member dining.
