Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Program Director. In this role you will Lead and manage a large enterprise workforce mobility and human capital management program in Brisbane through 30 June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation and delivery of an enterprise-wide workforce mobility program.

Provide strategic leadership across business case development, planning, delivery, monitoring, reporting and assurance.

Maintain governance, risk management, performance oversight and continuous improvement across the program lifecycle.

Deliver agreed outcomes within scope, budget, quality and timeframes.

Build and maintain relationships with government, health-sector and industry stakeholders.

Support collaboration, negotiation, procurement and vendor management for complex technology initiatives.

Promote sound human resource management, ethical behaviour, equity and inclusive workplace practices.

Protect information confidentiality, availability and integrity in line with applicable policies and standards.

About You

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale human capital management programs or projects.

Robust enterprise program and project governance, planning,



reporting and risk management capability.

Experience delivering complex technology or information management initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with government, health-sector and industry partners.

Strategic leadership capability, including sound decision-making and assurance practices.

Experience with SAP HCM implementations is desirable.

Available for a full-time Brisbane-based engagement, with capacity to support critical project milestones outside standard business hours.
