About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a background in Criminal and Family Law to take charge of their own caseload. You will represent clients in court, provide strategic legal advice, and work closely with a supportive team dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload in Criminal and Family Law, including matters related to divorce, child custody, property settlements, and criminal defence
- Appear confidently in court, including procedural and contested hearings
- Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other legal professionals
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
- Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) in Criminal and Family Law
- Strong advocacy and litigation skills with court experience
- Exceptional communication and client service abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A current driver’s licence
