About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling and tracking work for pest technicians
Handling inbound customer inquiries and making outbound calls, ensuring accurate documentation of all correspondence
Inputting invoices and performing data entry tasks as needed
Providing detailed information about our products and services
Collaborating with and supporting Line Managers as requi
About you
We are seeking candidates with a positive mindset and the following qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Experience with scheduling in a service industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in engaging with a variety of customers
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using multiple programs, systems, and screens simultaneously
Solid computer skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Capability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
The successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings, as well as a criminal history check.
