ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Stock Controller / Registrations Administrator to join our team based in Bundamba.

This is a hybrid administrative role combining stock control and vehicle registration responsibilities into one position, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership's back office.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a busy dealership environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain accurate vehicle stock records and inventory

Coordinate vehicle registrations, transfers and associated paperwork

Process stock movements and maintain dealership systems

Ensure registration documentation is completed accurately and on time

Liaise with sales teams, management and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant requirements

Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership

Assist with additional back-office duties as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in automotive administration, stock control or vehicle registrations is highly regarded

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail





Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Confident computer skills and ability to learn recent systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

Previous dealership experience will be highly regarded
