About the Role

Medline is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our high-performing VIC team. In this pivotal role, you'll build strong relationships with healthcare providers, deliver tailored solutions, and help improve patient outcomes across Australia.

You'll manage an established territory across Melbourne's CBD, covering a strong portfolio of large public and private hospitals with a solid track record of performance.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you'll build solid relationships with healthcare providers, deliver tailored solutions, and help improve patient outcomes across Australia. Working across both our medical consumables and procedure pack portfolio, your customer base will be both public and private healthcare providers as well as independent day surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue through strategic account management and business development
- Partner closely with customers to understand their procedural requirements, optimise procedure pack configurations and ensure the offering continues to meet their needs.
- Account management including forecasting and inventory management in conjunction with the supply chain team
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate new business as well as ongoing account maintenance and up-sell/cross-sell where appropriate
- Assist in the development of large contract and tender offerings




- Build a strong business and personal brand in your territory

This role is required to travel so a valid drivers license and own vehicle is essential.

- Experience in Procedure packs would be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong relationship building skills
