Denim Co is the answer to any coffee addicts prayers. We are a boutique cafe/ restaurant operating for over 25 years and continued to expand every year. We are now on the hunt for a chef to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone able to work a adaptable schedule including days, weekends and public holidays.
You must have experience in a similar role, be creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of foodservice. Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure in a compact kitchen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
- Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
- Assisting in the creation & presentation of daily & monthly food specials
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Must be available to work weekends and early mornings (530am)
- Full time hours
