We are a family owned local business. This is a permanent full-time role, 5 days, Monday-to-Saturday.
You'll be trained across the production operation—from packing, filling and cleaning through to operating filling machines and continuous ice cream churns.Cleaning and sanitation are an key part of food manufacturingand a significant part of this role.
Key responsibilities
- Operate filling and production equipment
- Operate continuous ice cream churning equipment
- Set up equipment and assist with changeovers
- Complete production and quality records
- Dismantle, clean and sanitise equipment
- Assist across the production floor wherever needed
- Pack and finish ice cream products
About you
- You're looking for long term employment

- Enjoy practical, hands-on work
- Keen to learn how to operate machinery
- Dedicated to cleaning equipment as well as operating equipment
- Can follow recipes, instructions and procedures accurately
- Can take feedback well and willing to improve
- Is motivated to reach production targets
- Experience in ice cream, bakery or pastry field is preferred
