Hallite Seals Australia — a global manufacturing company — is looking for a friendly, switched-on person to join our team in Eagle Farm. No experience needed.

What You'll Be Doing

This is an entry-level sales and customer support role, and we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Chatting with customers over the phone or email

Creating quotes and entering orders

Learning how our products work (we promise it's easier than it sounds)

Helping the team solve customer problems

Working with the warehouse to get orders out the door

Growing your skills every week

It's a job where you'll never feel lost — we train you, support you and help you succeed.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need experience — we want someone who is:

Friendly, positive and easy to get along with

Confident talking to people

Keen to learn and try new things

Reliable and shows up ready to go

Good with basic computer stuff (email, typing, etc.)

Happy working in a small, supportive team

Must be an Australian citizen

If you've worked in customer service or heavy industry— you'll fit right in.
If you haven't worked before — that's totally fine too.
