What We Are Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, environmental management or a closely related discipline, together with substantial relevant professional experience
- Significant experience leading the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure and capital works programs
- Demonstrated experience in project and program management, procurement, construction delivery and contract administration
- Solid technical understanding of civil infrastructure planning, design, construction and asset handover
- Demonstrated financial management experience, including significant capital budgets,



forecasting and performance reporting
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams delivering technical, project, operational and environmental services
- Demonstrated ability to identify and manage project, commercial, operational, environmental and WHS risks
- Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, stakeholder engagement and decision-making capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality reports, briefings and recommendations
- Demonstrated understanding of governance, probity, accountability and risk management requirements in a public-sector or similarly regulated environment
- Current Class C Driver Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
