Position: Senior Structural Engineer (Full time, Permanent)

Location: Sydney, Australia

About the Role

- Lead and coordinate the structural design and delivery of projects across a range of market sectors.
- Prepare and review structural analysis, calculations, design reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical, efficient, and sustainable design outcomes.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to support successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to a strong culture of learning and innovation.

About You





- Engineering degree or equivalent, recognised by Engineers Australia.
- Extensive design experience within a leading engineering consultancy.
- Demonstrated skills in project coordination and collaboration on large projects.
- RC, PT, timber and steel design experience, along with lateral stability experience with large scale and complex buildings will be highly regarded.
- A strong working knowledge with a range of design software packages.
- Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor others.
- A solid ability to communicate on a technical and project level with clients, staff and management.
