Preparing your application

Outline your recent linehaul or changeover experience in your résumé. Include the combinations you have driven, the routes you know and the type of freight involved. State your current licence and relevant fatigue-management training accurately.

Ask which AM or PM arrangements are currently available and how runs are allocated.

Discuss reporting locations and the practical handover arrangements for changeovers. Confirm these details with recruitment rather than assuming all advertised routes form one fixed roster.

Prepare examples of handling a delayed departure, communicating a vehicle issue or completing a secure trailer handover. Keep the focus on your decisions and responsibilities. Supply references and supporting records through the employer’s application process when requested.

Before accepting an offer, confirm the pay method, allowances, overtime and usual work pattern. Ask about induction and any familiarisation required. This listing directs applicants to the employer; it does not determine whether an individual meets the selection requirements.

Applications close 27 November 2026.

Vacancy checked 16 October 2026. Confirm current availability and employment terms directly with the employer.
