Key responsibilities
Preparing and lodging tax returns, financial reports,
monthly and quarterly tax statements for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
Conducting tax planning and providing strategic advice to clients
Timely response to the client's needs on all kinds of Accounting support.
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensuring clients' compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations
Providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Tax Accountant in a public practice
Master's or Bachelor's accounting degree and completed Australian taxation.
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Xero, Myob, Office.
Thorough understanding of Australian tax legislation and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A completed CPA/CA qualification is required
