Supporting a team of experienced consultants, you will play a key role in candidate sourcing, screening and talent pooling across scientific, industrial, blue-collar and entry-level positions. This role will enable senior consultants to focus on client management and the delivery of more complex recruitment assignments while providing you with a strong foundation for a long-term recruitment career.

What You'll Be Doing

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract and engage candidates through Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, social media platforms and proactive market mapping activities.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct telephone interviews and qualification conversations to assess candidate suitability, availability, motivations and alignment with client requirements.
- Talent Pooling: Build and maintain active talent pipelines for GMP Operators, Laboratory Technicians, Trade Assistants, Administration professionals and other entry-level scientific and industrial roles.
- Recruitment Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking and recruitment documentation within Bullhorn.
- Social Media Engagement: Create,



share and promote engaging content across social media platforms to attract talent and expand candidate networks.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates through ongoing communication, networking and talent engagement activities.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with consultants to support recruitment delivery, candidate generation and business growth initiatives.
