Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator

Hueseeka is looking for an organised, detail-driven all-rounder to join our small warehouse team in Tingalpa. This is a hands-on role split between keeping our stock accurate and looking after our customers.

You will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction whilst supporting the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

Customer Service: answer customer emails, chat and social messages, and help with order changes, delivery questions and product advice.

Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing and dispatching of orders

Order printing: print and prepare the day's orders so they're ready to pick.

Stock and Warehouse: run cycle counts, quality-check stock, pick orders, and find and fix stock discrepancies.





Supporting the warehouse team with ad-hoc duties as required to meet operational demands

What we're looking for

Experience in a warehouse, stock control or order fulfilment role

Customer service experience, ideally by email or chat

A sharp eye for accuracy: when a count is off, you want to know why

Clear, friendly written communication

Confidence with Shopify, Excel or similar systems, and keenness to learn current ones

Comfort working on your feet, lifting cartons and handling fragile glass and candles

Desirable: experience with an inventory management system, or a background in ecommerce

Hours:

Full-time

Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
