We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Influencer and Partnerships team. At Breeze Balm, relationships are everything, and this role is as much about building genuine, lasting connections with creators and partners as it is about getting things done fast and getting them done right.

What you'll be doing

Identify and reach out to relevant creators, influencers and talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more who align with the Breeze Balm brand.

Build and manage strong, ongoing relationships with our creator and influencer community.

Manage day-to-day influencer communication, including outreach, follow-ups and relationship management, so every creator feels genuinely valued.

Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding from outreach right through to fulfilment.

Daily management and actioning of new and existing PR orders, supporting dispatch during peak periods and key marketing campaigns.

Proactively identify new and emerging creators and communities that present opportunities for Breeze Balm.

Maintain and continually grow our influencer and PR database.

Coordinate product selections, shades, addresses and gifting requirements with impeccable attention to detail.

Track gifted products and monitor the resulting organic content and coverage.

Keep influencer and collaboration trackers,



reports and KPI data accurate and up to date across our internal systems.

Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, pop-up activations and community gatherings, including influencer attendance and outreach.

Work closely with your manager to ensure influencer activity aligns with upcoming campaigns and brand priorities.

What we're looking for

1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, talent, communications or a similar role is preferred.

Deep interest in PR, influencer marketing and the beauty industry.

Naturally social and confident, reaching out to new people and building relationships.

Extensive understanding of trending influencers and pop culture across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Highly organised and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach, gifting and follow-ups.

Impeccable attention to detail, particularly when managing gifting, contact information and deliverables.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Confident and immaculate communicator, both verbal and written.

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Motivated, ambitious, excited to build your career and results-driven.

Experience in customer service, PR or marketing is a must.
