Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty - Maroochydore is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our warm, friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and personable professional who enjoys a varied role across sales administration, property marketing, social media management and client care.

Working with some of the Sunshine Coast’s finest properties, you’ll play an important role in supporting our sales team and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

A strong client-focused approach, with the confidence and ability to communicate directly with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Experience coordinating property marketing campaigns.

Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling and maintaining a qualified online presence.





Confidence using real estate CRM systems and digital technology.

A creative eye for design and presentation, with Canva experience highly regarded.

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
