Melbourne Skin is looking for a warm, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing team We're seeking someone who loves working with people, has a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming, professional and elevated experience Melbourne Skin is known for.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming clients and delivering an exceptional, personalised experience.

Managing appointments, bookings and enquiries across phone, email and social media.

Coordinating our appointment schedule and supporting the smooth running of the clinic.

Assisting with client consultations, treatment enquiries and follow-up communication.

Processing payments, managing client records and supporting daily administrative tasks.

Maintaining a beautiful, organised and professional clinic environment.





Supporting our dermal clinicians and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
