What You’ll Be Doing You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.
You Will Also
Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Develop tailored plans for participants to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
You will empower participants by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers
Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

Willing to complete a National Police check
Willing to obtain a MyID (standard level)
