Our Internationally recognized Luxury Menswear client is seeking a driven Senior Sales Associate to join their team in Melbourne. The successful applicant will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional retail experience from the moment clients enter the boutique. You will develop meaningful relationships with clients, provide considered styling and product recommendations, and guide them through their purchases while consistently delivering the highest standards of luxury service.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling
Providing personalised styling and product recommendations
Achieving individual sales targets and boutique KPIs
Developing a deep understanding of the brand's collections, craftsmanship and heritage
Managing client appointments, enquiries and after-sales service
Maintaining outstanding boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
Supporting daily boutique operations, stock management and administrative requirements
Working collaboratively with the wider boutique team to deliver outstanding commercial results
About you
Previous experience within luxury retail, premium fashion, designer menswear,
luxury hospitality or another consultative sales setting
A genuine passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship and exceptional client service
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A polished, professional and confident presentation
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to achieve sales targets
A proactive approach to clienteling and developing repeat business
Excellent attention to detail and a highly personalised approach to service
The ability to thrive within a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster, including weekends and late-night trading
