I’m currently seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join a Queensland-based, privately owned commercial and industrial construction company.

This is a hybrid role, working across the office and project sites, overseeing safety across a range of commercial and industrial projects valued at approximately $50 million.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly site visits to monitor safety performance and compliance.

Support project teams with day-to-day safety management.

Oversee site-based Safety Coordinators on larger projects.

Manage safety reporting, systems and compliance across multiple projects.

Utilise HammerTech to maintain and improve safety processes.

Report directly to the Construction Manager.

About You

Experience as a Senior Safety Advisor or Safety Manager.





Direct experience within commercial construction is essential, with industrial experience highly regarded.

Confident managing safety across multiple projects and engaging with project teams.

Strong understanding of construction safety systems, compliance and risk management.

Experience using HammerTech is advantageous.
