Certificate III or IV in Engineering Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline Experience using Autodesk Inventor Robust technical and mechanical aptitude Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Australian work rights with the ability to work permanently in Australia Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills The ability to manage other draftsmen, and multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments (desirable) Knowledge of CNC routing, welding, or manufacturing processes (desirable)
