Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support clients with mobility, transportation, and appointments. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe,



comfortable environment. Observe and report any changes in clients' health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

About You Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for aged care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in aged care, NDIS, or similar support roles is highly regarded.

Requirements Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent. Valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months). First Aid & CPR Training Certificate Current Australian driver's licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
