The Role: Membership Consultant (Full-Time) As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our Randwick club. You’ll drive membership sales & build strong relationships with new and existing members.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new membership sales and manage every step of the sales process
Help with daily operations and support the Club Manager and Regional Manager
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Promote the club locally and engage with the community
Social media content creation
Help foster a fun, welcoming environment where staff and members love to be
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a solid desire to hit targets
Excellent communication and people skills
A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
Willingness to grow with the business and contribute ideas and energy
Desired Qualifications/Certifications
Cert III or IV in Fitness (not essential)
First Aid & CPR (must be obtained before commencing employment)
Police Check and Working with Children Check (must be obtained before commencing employment)
