* Hybrid working arrangements availableThe OpportunityReporting to the Activity Centre and Economic Development Coordinator, you willplay a key role in shaping the future of community infrastructure across MooneeValley through strategic planning, evidence-based analysis and collaborativeproject delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planner who enjoys solvingcomplex challenges, working across diverse stakeholders and influencinglong-term investment in community facilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake community infrastructure planning and needs analysis to informfuture community facility provision.
* Develop evidence-based business cases and identify innovative solutions forcommunity infrastructure projects.
* Maintain and analyse data to support strategic planning, asset management andinvestment decisions.




* Provide specialist advice on community infrastructure planning acrossCouncil.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders,government agencies, service providers and the community.
* Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of community facilities to informrenewal, upgrade and future planning.
* Supervise and support the Community Infrastructure Planner.
Skills & Experience
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in Strategic Planning, Social Sciencesor a related discipline, or extensive experience in community infrastructureplanning.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic community infrastructure planning,policy development and needs analysis.
* Experience developing business cases and delivering complex projects.
* Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of asset management principles and community infrastructureplanning within a local government environment is highly regarded.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
