Skills & Experience Proven experience building production-grade software systems Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI technologies Expertise in backend development(APIs, microservices, data systems) Experience with RAG, prompt design, or agent-based workflows Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and reliability Experience with AI evaluation and quality improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have Experience with search / retrieval systems or vector databases Knowledge of AI cost optimisation techniques Exposure to secure or data-sensitive environments Background in SaaS or data-rich platforms
