About the role
Advising on sensitive matters involving staff conduct in education settings, including where criminal issues arise
Working alongside the employment team on investigations, safety and broader employment matters
Building strong,
trusted relationships with a key client
Working closely with partners, with genuine responsibility from day one
About you
3-8 years' PAE
A background in public prosecutions or a related government legal role
Calm, sound judgement and a real sensitivity for difficult matters
Employment or workplace safety experience
