- Lead complex information and content transformation engagements for major Australian organisations.
- Turn strategy and design into practical technology delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Build your market profile while leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
We combine data and content technology, responsible AI and digital solutions to manage risk, maintain trust and navigate significant operational, regulatory and M&A; change. We help clients protect value and meet their obligations and commitments to customers, employees, regulators, shareholders and the community.
Make information work harder for people, AI and the organisation
Organisations are investing heavily in AI and digital transformation, but many still cannot find, trust, govern or safely use the information that underpins them. Critical knowledge is fragmented, content sits across complex and ageing platforms, recordkeeping obligations are difficult to manage, and document-heavy processes remain manual.
We help large organisations turn fragmented information into trusted, governed and usable business assets. Our work spans strategy through implementation: knowledge management; information governance and records; content platforms, migration and process automation; governed enterprise knowledge for AI; regulatory digitisation; and M&A; data separation or integration through major transactions.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams on complex programs where business outcomes, information controls and technology delivery must come together. This is not a purely advisory role: we are looking for people who can shape the problem, lead the design and remain accountable through implementation and measurable outcomes.
What will your typical day look like?
- Lead engagements or major workstreams from mobilisation through delivery, managing outcomes, scope, budget, quality, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day adviser to clients, building strong relationships and helping senior stakeholders resolve issues and make decisions.
- Ensure major programs build sustainable client capability through practical implementation, knowledge transfer and clear ownership of decisions and ongoing operations.
- Structure complex information, content, process and technology problems, directing analysis and translating findings into practical recommendations.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops, aligning business, risk and technology teams around requirements, decisions and implementation priorities.
- Lead the development of strategies, operating models, architectures, controls, roadmaps, migration plans and business cases, and turn them into executable delivery plans.
- Direct and contribute hands‑on to technology delivery, which may include configuration, integration, migration, testing, deployment, automation or data analysis, depending on your specialisation.
- Oversee the use of analytics, discovery and AI tools to assess large information environments and determine what should be protected, retained, remediated, migrated or disposed of.
- Review and present high-quality client deliverables,
making complex issues clear to senior business and technology audiences.
- Lead, coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, setting clear expectations and creating meaningful development opportunities.
- Contribute to proposals, scope and effort estimates, client development and reusable methods, while identifying where further work could materially improve client outcomes or reduce delivery risk.
