About Triple Zero Victoria Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24‑hour emergency call‑taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES. This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. About The Role Emergency Communications Officers (Triple Zero Call‑takers) receive and process all emergency and non‑emergency Triple Zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies. Every day is different and rewarding. You could be helping someone in their worst moment and they will rely on you for your composure and ability to guide them through the call. You will be well supported from your first day with us, with fully paid comprehensive training before you then start talking real Triple Zero calls with your teammates and team leaders on hand to support, guide and help whatever the circumstances.
About You
