Assisting with vehicle reconditioning and car preparation processes Tracking vehicle progress through workshop, paint, panel, detailing and photography Processing repair orders,



invoices and vehicle documentation Coordinating vehicle movements with internal teams and stakeholders Updating records and ensuring all processing information is accurate Supporting the team to deliver vehicles on time and to quality standards What We’re Looking For

Year 12 completion preferred Strong attention to detail and organisation Solid computer and data entry skills Clear communication and a team-focused attitude A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Admin/customer service experience and an interest in the automotive industry About Big Box Cars
