A
Degree in Civil Engineering
(or equivalent qualification) Exposure to
12D
(preferred) and
AutoCAD
software (preferred) Knowledge of
Local Authority Standards
– Councils, North East Water, and Department of Transport Understanding of
Quality Assurance processes Strong
Communication Skills
