I'm partnering with an upper mid-tier national commercial firm to find a Senior Associate for their Brisbane property team. It's a close-knit group led by experienced partners in a reliable, established team.
About the role
This is a genuine generalist commercial property role. You'll run a broad mix of work, including:
acquisitions and disposals of commercial, retail and industrial property
property development, including off-the-plan sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
complex commercial office, industrial and retail leasing as part of a broader practice
subdivisions and land titling
supervising and developing junior lawyers and graduates
Clients include property trusts, financial institutions, not-for-profits and high net worth individuals.
About you
5–10 years' PAE in commercial property
A broad transactional background, from a mid-tier or top-tier firm
Comfortable running files independently and managing client relationships
Strong matter management, including scoping, fee estimates and billing
Confident building and growing client relationships
Keen to mentor juniors and grow toward the next level
