This is a hands-on customer service role where you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with warehouses and freight providers, and supporting the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll be joining an established and supportive team of five and will work closely with the Hub Manager and broader sales and warehouse teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries relating to orders, products, pricing and availability Processing customer orders accurately Liaising with warehouse managers, sales representatives and freight companies regarding orders and deliveries Following up outstanding orders, backorders, stock availability and delivery issues Making proactive outbound calls to customers to follow up enquiries, quotes and orders Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and generate additional business Providing sales support to Business Development Executives,



including stock level reporting and order assistance Managing enquiries through the ticketing system and shared inbox Processing invoices and general administration associated with customer orders Building strong relationships with customers through reliable, responsive and professional service About You:

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales support or a similar role Solid verbal communication and a professional telephone manner Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders Confidence making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers A genuine commercial mindset and willingness to identify sales opportunities Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Experience working with ticketing systems, shared inboxes or CRM platforms is advantageous The ability to work collaboratively with sales, warehouse and operational teams A positive, motivated and outgoing personality What's on Offer?
