The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities and deliver results.

You'll step into an established 180° recruitment desk within our Mining and Industrial division,



partnering with our national Business Development team to connect great people with outstanding opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has proven recruitment experience

Loves candidate management and relationship building

Wants their earnings to reflect their effort

Is ambitious enough to step into leadership

You'll be trusted to run your desk while receiving the coaching, support and development needed to progress into future Team Leader and Management opportunities.
