Front of House Superstar (Casual/Part time/Full-Time) We’re looking for all-rounders to join our growing team.

Responsibilities :

Greet and seat customers, provide excellent customer service, serve customers and have a hands-on approach with the delivery of food and beverages

Take meal and drink orders from customers to be sent to the kitchen or coffee station and operate the till for customer purchases

Ensure that the front-of-house is maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition at all times, and ensure any food preparation complies with relevant health standards and regulations

Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance where applicable





OHS compliance and maintaining correct food safety procedures

Resolve any customer issues as they arise within their control

Our Requirements :

Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Experience in a very fast-paced hospitality venue

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for great customer service

Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Flexibility to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
