As the Practice Nurse, you will provide a wide range of healthcare services, including patient health assessments, infusions, immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care, and assisting with minor procedures. Have full Registered Nurse AHPRA registration with no restrictions Have a minimum of 2-3 years Medical Practice Nursing experience Be proficient in Immunisation (Adults, Children & Infants), Health Assessments, Care Plan Management, Wound Care, Dressings, and assisting with minor surgical procedures Best Practice experience preferred Current NSW Working With Children's Check, or willingness to obtain Must have full Australian working rights
(i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or Current Zealand Citizenship)
