Nurses

deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes. The Role We are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurses (EN) to join our team on a casual basis at St Paul’s Terrace in Frankston, home to 80 residents.

Located in Frankston South, St Paul’s Terrace offers a modern apartment-style aged care environment with stunning bay views, smaller household living and a strong focus on person-centred care.

This role offers a variety of AM, PM and night duty shifts, with opportunities to pick up additional hours across the roster.

Apply clinical skills and up to date knowledge of the aging process to residents within the home

Be responsive to resident's care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needs

Respect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all times

Systematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentation

Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy

About you

Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA





Experience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team members

Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration

The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders

Demonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst othersNDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain
