Seven West Media in Western Australia is seeking a part time Subscriber Services Representative to join our friendly team. In this role you will handle inbound enquiries, process payments, manage subscriptions, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a busy contact centre. The roster is Monday 9:00am–4:00pm and Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm, with additional hours as required. You will maintain CRM records, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with subscribers to keep them informed.
