Senior Caravan Repairer – Leading Hand (Training & Quality Control) This is a step up from a straight repairer job. You will still do hands-on repair work, particularly the complex jobs. A large part of your week will also go to leading the workshop day to day, allocating jobs, setting priorities, and keeping work flowing. As a guide, expect roughly 60% on the tools and 40% leading, training and QC to start, with the leadership share growing as the team develops.
