The Role

Logicalis Australia is seeking an experienced Technology Manager - Future Workspace to lead the delivery, performance and capability of our PS Future Workspace team consulting and engineering team. Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, this role offers a flexible working model that supports productive remote work and in-person collaboration.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager - Future Workspace, you will lead Technical Leads, Consultants, and Engineers across identity, collaboration, virtual workspace, endpoint management and modern secure workspace services. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions across Microsoft 365, identity platforms, modern collaboration technologies and enterprise endpoint management security.

Working closely with Pre-Sales, Architects, PMO, Capability and Customer Experience teams, you will create strong alignment from solution design through to delivery and ongoing service excellence. You will also partner with leaders across Future Workspace managed services and service delivery to align practice standards, tooling and ways of working.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing Future Workspace team, driving capability, engagement and customer outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, identify collaboration, endpoint management and modern workplace security technologies, ensuring solutions are delivered to best-practice standards.




- Oversea the successful delivery of PS and MS engagements, providing governance, quality assurance and technical oversight throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, team utilisation, service performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and technical excellence.
- Mentor and develop Technical Leads, Consultants and Engineer, supporting career growth and building future capability across the practice.
- Maintain awareness of emerging workplace, identity and security technologies, helping shape the evolution of Logicalis Future Workspace services.

Experience & Qualifications

- Proven experience leading engineering, consulting or technical delivery teams within a technology services, systems integrator or managed services environment.
- Strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration platforms, endpoint management and modern workplace security solutions.
- Experience delivering customer outcomes across both project and managed services environments, balancing technical excellence with commercial and operational objectives.
- Strong understanding of security,



governance and compliance principles across modern workplace and identity technologies.
- Demonstrated success managing operational performance, resource planning, utilisation and service delivery outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across sales, delivery, technical and leadership teams.
- Experience with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intone, Defender, Ivanti and related workplace security and management platforms.
- Relevant Microsoft or vendor certifications will be highly regarded.
