Full-time position: $60,000 – $70,000 per year + superannuation

About the Role The Travel & Reservations Consultant is responsible for managing the booking process for Urban Rest properties and being the liaison between customers and the company until the point of booking. Their main focus is on assisting clients with booking requests and successfully converting these into bookings for Urban Rest properties. They use relationships and selling techniques to ensure customer satisfaction during this phase and successfully hit conversion rate targets. The Travel & Reservations Consultant also assists clients with arranging of ancillary services such as private transfers, mid-stay cleans and meet & greet services.
