About the Opportunity

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering sales and settlement targets by devising and driving sales initiatives, recommending and managing pricing, and providing expert guidance on home designs. This full time role sits within the Sales division and reports to the EGM of Sales.

What you will do

Provide customer service excellence to our future and current customers

Have a deep level of knowledge of product, inclusions, loan lease living, contracts and sales processes

Maintain Salesforce data entry and accuracy for all customer interactions, sales activities, forms and processes

Manage leads by meeting business expectations around lead contacts, data collection, lead follow up and appointment management

Manage contracts by ensuring all information is correct, customers understand the contract process, and Salesforce is kept up to date on customers' ability to settle

Manage settlements by ensuring customers are prepared, the contracts team has accurate information, and handover to the community team is seamless

Maintain strong relationships with development, construction and community management teams to build a strong team culture and support information sharing on customer timeframes and issues

Maintain positive relationships with local area agents and key community groups to seek opportunities for engagement,



referrals and promotions

Follow all sales processes and provide feedback to the EGM of Sales on improvements

Recommend, attend and host sales events and be a positive ambassador for the project and your customers

Provide expert advice and guidance back to the business on home designs, inclusion levels and product demand

Maintain the display suite to the highest standard of presentation and ensure information displayed or provided is accurate

What do you bring?

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Confidence in making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries

A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in sales, especially within residential, real estate, retirement or off-the-plan sectors

A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a memorable client experience

Resilience and confidence to handle challenging conversations with empathy

Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask under pressure

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly regarded

Patience, professionalism and compassion when working with customers

Degree qualifications in Business, Marketing or Sales are highly regarded but not essential
