Reo Group is seeking an experienced FP&A; leader for a strategic role in Sydney, reporting to the CFO with direct exposure to the Board. You will lead a small team, oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across a large healthcare organisation, and drive financial transformation and growth initiatives.
You will develop sophisticated models, partner with senior stakeholders, and influence investment decisions while shaping planning processes and governance across multiple sites.
