About the Opportunity You will be responsible for building relationships, generating new business, securing listings, managing sales opportunities, and delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities may include:

Prospect and generate new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and property owners

Conduct property appraisals and secure listings

Manage property inspections and client meetings

Negotiate and close property transactions

Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts

Achieve individual and business revenue targets





Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities

For experienced commercial professionals, there is also an opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibility, including

mentoring sales agents, developing business growth strategies, securing high-value commercial listings, and contributing to the growth of the commercial division .

About You We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

Experience in

residential or commercial real estate sales

Robust prospecting and business development skills

A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

A professional and entrepreneurial mindset

Current

Victorian Real Estate Licence

for applicable roles

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

for applicable residential sales roles

Current Driver's Licence

For senior commercial opportunities, we are particularly interested in candidates with

5+ years of commercial real estate experience , a strong track record of high-value transactions, and previous leadership or mentoring experience.
