Postgraduate Certificate in Intensive Care Nursing or Critical Care Nursing. Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (APHRA). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, as required. Demonstrated passion for intensive care nursing and a commitment to being a positive role model within the unit. Flexibility to work within a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Proficiency in basic computer skills.
