The Role Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership to the Mobile Maintenance team while remaining actively involved in maintaining our underground mobile fleet. You will coordinate maintenance activities, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and support the development of apprentices and tradespeople.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Mobile Maintenance team.

Coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability.

Carry out planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on underground mobile equipment.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.





Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.

Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.

Work collaboratively with the Mining and Planning teams to minimise equipment downtime.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance department.

The Person We are seeking an individual who possesses:

Australian recognised Trade Qualification.

A strong attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety.

Demonstrated experience maintaining underground or heavy mobile mining equipment.

Accurately complete maintenance records, inspections, and reports.

Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory Role, preferred by not essential.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities
