LEAP is hiring a Product Enablement Specialist to upskill the LEAPster community on our products. You will design role-based onboarding, partner with Product and other teams, and own the training from development to delivery; ensuring teams are confident with current features before clients see them. You will build practical content, run live sessions, and maintain a single source of truth while tracking progress and impact across Support, Sales and Customer Success.
